Winter Sourdough Bread Subscription Bi-weekly
Week 1, Jan 9th : Einkorn & Sesame— Tuxedo sesame seeds mixed in with local grains from Heartland Craft Grains. Einkorn is an ancient grain that provides a multitude of health benefits. It is also deliciously nutty and toasty tasting.
Week 2, Jan 23rd : Roasted Garlic Asiago— This loaf is pretty straight forward and is as amazing as it sounds! Would work wonderfully as a sandwich bread or for paninis.
Week 3, Feb 6th : Walnut & Apricot— Plump, dried apricots are chopped up with walnut halves and spread into the loaf. It is a perfect loaf to spread with butter and enjoy for breakfast.
Week 4, Feb 20th : Calabrian Chili & Honey— This loaf will not last longer than 24hrs. It is incredibly addicting. We use local honey from Doug Jenk’s Honey to compliment the spice beautifully. Would pair great with any cheese.
